Saint Agnes live at The Horn at The Half Moon

I was a little unsure about attending the Saint Agnes gig on 15th February 2018 but I’m so glad I did. I had heard a lot of good press about Saint Agnes and loads of local musicians were recommending seeing The Lunar Effect who were supporting. All the bands on the night really surprised me. I didn’t actually achieve a lot of photos this time around though, the lights were a little off, but then you couldn’t turn up the lights for Saint Agnes because it just added to the effect of the band.

Opening the show were Gin Logic.

Having listened to their single ‘Woman’ a day before which the band had shared online, I was really looking forward to seeing The Lunar Effect. They were an incredible different band.

The Lunar Effect (3)

The headliners Saint Agnes blew me away. I hadn’t heard much of them before seeing them as their music was a little limited online. The stage was eerily dark with strobe lighting.. not the greatest for a photographer but it looked really good from the crowd! They were heavy and loud. Just what I look for in a band.

A whole gallery below of all the bands who played this evening. Future listings can be found HERE.
